As Builders with an Owner’s Perspective, SavCon has focused on expediting and delivering quality projects without sacrificing our client’s vision. We do not hide behind paperwork or risk mitigation, but rather take full control of a project and remove all hurdles to excel in project delivery. SavCon is breaking down the outdated barriers placed between the owners, design team and contractors by bringing all stakeholders to the table.

All too often, modern day General Contractors expect designers and ownership to guide a project and solve problems, whereas SavCon takes full ownership from beginning to end and provides solutions instead of problems. The rest of the industry has struggled with the “Integrated Project Delivery” or IPD, due to the additional cost associated with benefits that are ultimately unclear; SavCon’s construction process includes both the advantages of an IPD with no additional cost to ownership and clear, measurable added benefit to each project overall. In turn, this approach consistently serves as a catalyst for quality, fast track projects and turnkey delivery.
