1375 Broadway, 21st floor

SavCon recently completed another beautiful 17,968 SF fit-out on the 21st floor at 1375 Broadway. This $2.5 million dollar interior prebuild space built out in 16 weeks features six private offices, a conference room, telephone room and a wellness room. Throughout the space, polished concrete floors and carpet laid throughout, sound attenuating insulation between office walls making for a private and productive workplace, tag wall office glass partition system and linear cable suspended fixtures illuminating.

In the pantry, SavCon installed grey Caesar stone countertops that sat on premium millwork cabinetry with concealed edge pull handles, and gold shelving with integrated light bars at lounge area island. The project’s engineer is MG Engineering, and the architect is Gensler.
