521 5^th Avenue is a 39-story, 500,000 RSF, office and retail building in a trophy location on the northeast corner of 43^rd street and 5^th avenue in the Grand Central neighborhood of Midtown. This boutique building boasts a contemporary lobby, renovated elevator cabs, corridors and restrooms.
 
521 5^th Avenue, Lobby – Full interior demolition and renovation of premier 5^th avenue lobby space all while maintaining safe and effective access to 500,000SF of tenant space. Distinctive design features introduced in the lobby include the venetian plaster “wavy walls” lining the entrance corridor, the detailed millwork and metal trimmed wall cladding, “wood grain” stone cladded lobby desk, and the new back lit metal and glass exterior marquee and signage. A sleek lighting design package was installed throughout the space to accent these unique design elements. Atmosair Bi-Polar Ionization equipment was also introduced to the existing primary air system to provide additional sanitization benefits in the wake of the COVID-19 Pandemic.
