Alberto Benvenuti holds the esteemed position of Project Executive within SavCon’s New York Division. With 8 years of valuable experience in the construction industry, Alberto serves as a driving force behind the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. In his role as Project Executive, Alberto orchestrates and supervises all aspects of New York projects, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional outcomes.

His comprehensive oversight encompasses coordinating daily construction activities with the Field Superintendent, managing schedules, contract administration, billing, RFIs, submittals, and safeguarding project margins. Alberto’s adept management of these intricacies is complemented by his adept navigation of critical subcontractor and owner relationships.

Prior to joining the SavCon team, Alberto’s journey included significant contributions at CM&B Inc., where he progressively rose from an Assistant Superintendent role to becoming a VP/Senior Project Manager. During his impactful five-year tenure, Alberto masterminded the successful completion of over $100,000,000 worth of retail, grocery, and hospitality projects.
