The project consisted of a full lobby upgrade that included a coffee shop cafe, Breads, inside 521 5th Avenue. The lobby design inclusive of the café had distinctive design features including the detailed millwork and metal trimmed wall cladding, “wood grain” stone cladded counter tops, and a sleek lighting design package throughout the space to accent unique design elements. Behind the cafe and seating area, SavCon built out a custom back-of-the-house area that held tailored design equipment and displays, refrigeration, storage, and a dishwashing station.
