FIT-OUT
The Basis Independent Brooklyn School Albee Square project consisted of a 4-story fit-out of 52,000 SF within the recently completed city point building in downtown Brooklyn. This new, high-end space will house student’s Pre-K through Grade 2. The 22-week project included a full MEP infrastructure build out, brand new entrance lobby, 17 classrooms, 2 movement and a 5,000 SF multipurpose room.

The project was constructed within the retail podium at the base of an active and newly occupied residential tower.
