At SavCon, safety is the pillar of our identity. We are driven by OSHA’s rules and regulations and enforced our very own set standards for effective safety & culture.
All SavCon employees undergo quarterly site safety training which forms part of their core responsibilities in turn holding each employee accountable for minimizing common construction risks on all job sites.
SavCon’s primary goal is to exceed our client’s expectations through our employees and their strong safety practices. We encourage our employees to take a more active approach in the application of safety culture that implores feedback, engages the entire team, and inspires people to make a difference.
