Welspun is a 6,886 RSF tenant fit out located at 10 West 33rd Street in midtown Manhattan. Welspun USA, a worldwide leader in the textiles industry brought SavCon aboard to bring to life the brand-new showroom and office space designed by ENV and MGE. The penthouse space formerly inhabited by the famous Astor family was transformed into a brilliant dual-purpose space for employees to meet and work in addition to display and showcase their product lines. The project includes a complete MEP fit out with fresh air supply and return runs from the rooftop units above.

The unique space includes a mezzanine with a glass office front system overlooking the lower level pantry, library and conference room. Our favorite aspect of the project was the Welspun conference room were the custom monogrammed fabric panels dawning Welspun’s logo dress the conference room walls. Specialty acoustical baffles with the same fabric hang from the vaulted ceiling above.
