Claudia Chieco is the PM Team Lead at SavCon. With a deep commitment to excellence and continuous growth, Claudia continuously ensures the team remains at the forefront of industry innovation and best practices. Serving as a nexus of communication and guidance between the project management teams in New York and Florida, Claudia is intricately involved in every phase of a project. From the crucial startup stages to the meticulous details of financial closeout, she brings a sharp financial insight and unwavering dedication to achieving the highest standards of execution and client satisfaction.

Prior to joining SavCon, Claudia worked as an Assistant Project Manager at SL Green Reality Corp. for One Vanderbilt Development, working on both base building as well as overseeing the fitout of the tenant amenity floor, Daniel Boulud’s restaurant Le Pavillon, and the SUMMIT observation deck experience. Claudia has completed over $1B worth of base building work and high end interior fitouts, where she worked hand in hand with design, construction and consulting teams on the design and usage of spaces along the way.

Claudia received her MS in Construction Management from New York University, and a BS in Communications from Marist College.
