Equinox NoMad, nestled just moments away from the renowned Madison Square Park in vibrant and ever-changing surroundings, provides a sprawling haven for those with discerning tastes. SavCon accomplished the entirety of Equinox’s fit-out construction endeavor, meticulously revamping and refurbishing four floors to showcase top-of-the-line amenities.

Our efforts included the creation of cutting-edge locker rooms with saunas, a dynamic spinning classroom, a serene yoga studio, luxurious massage and spa rooms, and multiple floors brimming with state-of-the-art fitness equipment and conference spaces. Remarkably, we completed this ambitious 38,950-square-foot project within a mere 24-week timeframe. The architect on this project is Perkins Eastman and the engineer on this project is MG Engineering.
