Muhammad Munir is a Project Controller at SavCon. He is responsible for overseeing all project finances, preparing cash flow projections, and preparing WIP projections. He is skilled in analyzing project data, identifying risks, and developing effective solutions to keep projects on track. Throughout the years Muhammad has worked on various types of contracts and projects ranging in volume from 1M to 450M. Muhammad’s experience in the construction industry spans several sectors including Healthcare, Public Projects, High-Rise Construction, and Interior Design.

Prior to joining SavCon, Muhammad started his career at Gilbane Building Company as a Project Accountant. During his time at Gilbane, he quickly advanced through the ranks to Project Controller and managed multiple high risk projects as well as overseeing the entire Healthcare portfolio. His previous work experience also includes his tenure as Senior Project Accountant at JRM Construction Management. Muhammad is a graduate of Queens College, City University of New York with a B.A in Accounting and Economics
