The rest of the industry has struggled with the “Integrated Project Delivery” or IPD, due to the additional cost associated with benefits that are ultimately unclear; SavCon’s construction process includes both the advantages of an IPD with no additional cost to ownership and clear, measurable added benefit to each project overall.
