SavCon completed five floors of office fit-outs at 106 West 56th during Q1 of 2022. 106 West 56th Street is a minimalist high rise climbing 26 stories in midtown Manhattan 3 blocks South of Central Park.
 

The high-end finish packages at 106 include two possible palettes for tenants to choose from. The floor fit-outs include Italian stone throughout the floor: Bardiglio being the species of selection on the dark scheme floors and Bianco rhino that of the light scheme floors. Attention-grabbing lacquered millwork black limba or white oak wood wall panels are the wall finishes in the common areas on the floor which are finished with polished concrete on the dark scheme floors and marble tile on the light floors.
 

The finishes coordination and execution as part of this project and attention to detail during the build were likened to that of the building of a Swiss watch by the construction team. The result is the Gensler-designed space making for an unforgettable experience for any occupant or visitor.
