110 William Street, 6th Floor –  40,252 SF  Prebuilt on a deep floorplate. We created light in the center of the space highlighting the exposed brick mural.  The space  has soft seating, bar and café seating to compliment the mix of open plan and glass fronted offices, exposed and closed ceilings, and full MEP distribution.
