SavCon built out the stunning 6,000SF oasis nestled atop this historic building, 1375 Broadway. The space has been transformed into a vibrant haven, illuminated by the soft glow of LED luminaire lights, tastefully complementing the prefinished Shinoki oak wood wall panels.
 
Accessible via newly created cutout openings on the 26th floor, tenants can now enjoy a host of amenities, including a custom-built porcelain slab wet bar, contemporary lounge furniture, and breathtaking views of the iconic Manhattan skyline including the Empire State Building.
