360 Lexington Avenue, Lobby – a unique refurbishment of both the interior and exterior of the lobby. On the interior, the existing interior stone flooring and wall tile was maintained while introducing a new ceiling and metal wall panel design at the elevator lobby. A brand-new lobby desk and custom overhead chandelier was also installed, all while maintaining the function of all critical lobby desk Fire alarm and access control equipment. At the exterior, a new metal panel system, exterior lighting, and backlit signage feature was installed. All passenger elevators also received new wall panel finishes to round out the lobby renovation.
