521 5^th Avenue, 24^th Floor – one of the premier commercial floors in the building, the 24^th floor holds the “penthouse” style footprint within the building and comes with the only exterior terrace for its floorplate. There was no shortage of high-end finishes on this project, from white oak flooring, to natural stone cladded pantry portals and islands. Bathrooms included the distinctive Privada partitions helping round out the modern twist found in the space. A sleek Falk built style office front system was also used throughout the open office and conference rooms.
