This project was completed for a future tenant at 681 5th Avenue, spanning 22,870 square feet across four floors. The scope of this project encompassed several key elements. SavCon began by meticulously refinishing the wooden panels in the elevator lobby and first floor, restoring their natural beauty and adding a touch of elegance to the space. Additionally, the skilled craftsmen devoted their expertise to refinishing the architectural millwork on the stairs, ensuring every detail was perfected. To enhance the overall aesthetic, SavCon focused on the flooring.

Through careful sanding and refinishing, the wood flooring was rejuvenated on the staircase, resulting in a bright and pristine appearance that exudes cleanliness and sophistication. Attention to detail was paramount in this approach. Finally, ceilings were painted, various areas from ground to floor three, as well as doors and frames, ensuring a seamless and flawless finish.
