SavCon is wrapping up the commercially owned and operated headquarters for the Heckscher Foundation for Children.
This five-story townhome has seen various renovations including a 16-piece skylight being installed in the next two weeks by Adler Windows, along with a full roof replacement. (Pictured) Along with the exterior of the building, “we updated the HVAC system by replacing two RTU’s with new units and two AHU’s with four units,” according to SavCon VP, Casey Richardson. The final scope of work for this project is a complete painting refresh throughout all five floors of the facility. The architect on this project is Christoff Finio of NY.
