Jennifer Jaikissoon is currently the Director of Business Development at SavCon. Her primary objective is to foster strategic partnerships, identify new market segments, and cultivate lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders. With a strong background in business development in Florida’s construction industry for over 11 years, her passion lies in driving growth, building relationships, and inspiring other young professionals in the field.

Before joining SavCon, Jennifer held the position of Business Development Manager at BrightView Landscape, a national landscape company. Along with carrying her role in Business Development, Jennifer has made an impact on the construction industry in South Florida by being involved in numerous organizations and associations such as Urban Land Institute and Construction Association of South Florida.

Jennifer interacts with the community and helps with city beautification projects, master planning communities, and private development. Jennifer’s key to success is building solid relationships with clients through communication and understanding their needs and providing solutions to become long-term, reliable partners.
