New York-Based SavCon, LLC Opens South Florida Division

SavCon, LLC, a New York City-based construction manager, has announced its first construction project in the South Florida market with Olara, West Palm Beach’s most attractive new address.

Located at 1919 N. Flagler, Olara, a waterfront four-acre new development comprising premier condominium residences, luxury apartments, and a marina, introduces a new wave of coastal living to West Palm Beach.

Designed by award-winning architecture firm Arquitectonica with interiors by Gabellini Sheppard Associates and INC, Olara is expected to break ground in early 2023. Olara Residences will offer studio to four-bedroom plus den residences ranging from 930 square feet to over 5,000 square feet. Amenities will include an acclaimed waterfront restaurant, signature state-of-the-art fitness center and spa, marina with six boat slips, dedicated residents’ lounge, roof deck, coworking space and more. Once complete, Olara will soar to 315 feet and feature 164 rental and 315 condominium units. This project is situated between many of downtown.
