Jennifer officially joined SavCon on Monday, June 12th, and her arrival has already generated a buzz within the South Florida construction industry. Having spent the past 3 and a half years with Brightview Landscape Development, the largest landscaper in the nation, Jennifer worked diligently in their Miami division. Her experience in business development and her in-depth understanding of the South Florida construction market have proven to be invaluable assets.

With 11 years of experience in the construction industry in South Florida, Jennifer’s decision to join SavCon stems from her recognition of the company’s immense potential in the local market as well as the tri-state area. SavCon has been making waves with its innovative approach and commitment to delivering exceptional projects. One of their most anticipated endeavors, the luxury Olara residential project, covering an impressive 2 million square feet, is set to break ground on December 1, 2023. Jennifer’s role will be pivotal in capitalizing on this exciting opportunity and expanding SavCon’s brand presence in the region.

Along with being a staple business development professional, Jennifer has been involved with ULI (Urban Land Institute), CASF (Construction Association of South Florida), ABC (Associated Builders and Contractors), and AGC (Association of General Contractors).

As an active member of the South Florida and Caribbean chapter of ULI, Jennifer’s commitment to advancing the industry’s best practices and fostering meaningful connections has been recognized. Her exceptional efforts led to her induction into the prestigious ULI Leadership Institute of 2023, a testament to her dedication to professional development and her ability to contribute effectively to the real estate community.
