Construction Design Management

The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations (CDM 2015) are the main set of regulations for managing the health, safety, and welfare of construction projects. CDM applies to all building and construction work and includes new builds, demolitions, refurbishments, extensions, conversions, repairs, and maintenance.

Design Team Coordination

Design coordination involves unifying designs prepared by various members of our construction team to create a single, integrated set of information that can be constructed without collisions between components.
